Attorney – Family Law & Estate Planning \n\n

Base Salary: $120,000–$180,000 + Performance Bonuses
\n Salary is negotiable depending on experience

A growing, people-first law firm in Richmond, VA is seeking a litigation-savvy attorney with experience in family law or estate matters to join their hybrid team. You'll have full ownership of your caseload while working alongside supportive colleagues who value collaboration and growth.

    Represent clients in family law and estate planning litigation

  • \n\t

    Handle hearings, mediations, and court filings

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Maintain client relationships and guide them through sensitive legal matters

    Support firm initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture

    Licensed to practice in Virginia

  • \n\t

    3+ years of litigation experience

  • \n\t

    A calm, confident courtroom demeanor
