Pay: $18/hr
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Rotating Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Technician/Mechanic to join our team in Inola. The Auto Technician/Mechanic will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed accurately and repaired efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a long-term role in a reputable shop environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify problems utilizing a computerized OBD Code Reader.
• Repair or replace worn or damaged parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Ensure that repaired or replaced parts and systems work correctly.
• Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Auto Technician/Mechanic ; certifications or degrees are a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment and vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of A/C repairs is considered a plus.
