A school psychologist is needed to support K-12 students in a district near Ephrata, WA. This role offers flexibility to work full-time or a few days per week, with typical hours from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM and occasional early or late meetings as needed. The position begins with the school year on August 27 and continues through the academic calendar.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 32 students, supporting a broad special education population of 344 students within a district of 3,350. Key duties involve overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), developing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and providing paraeducator support to staff working with the most challenging students.
