Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a mental/behavioral health related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Direct experience working in, and/or leading, community-based teams
• Proficiency with MS Office software, including Word and Excel
• Experience communicating complex information to people with varying levels of education/training and different learning styles
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal style that facilitates stakeholder engagement, and is person-centered, strength-based, and recovery-oriented
• Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data and prepare clear reporting and recommendations for clinic sites throughout California
• Experience leading or participating in program evaluations, fidelity reviews, quality assurance, quality
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Must have access to reliable transportation for travel to service delivery sites throughout Los Angeles County and/or California at large
• Must be willing to travel extensively in Los Angeles County, neighboring counties, and/or California at large

Highly Preferred:

• Advanced degree in a mental/behavioral health related field i.e. MSW, PhD, MA, PsyD, PhD or EdD
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of evidence-based clinical models for serving individuals with severe mental illness such as Full Service Partnership (FSP), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT), Housing First, Critical Time Intervention (CTI), Intensive Case Management (ICM), and/or similar programs
• Knowledge of the mental health issues impacting individuals experiencing severe mental illness, homelessness, and/or co-occurring disorders
• Experience providing clinical support, including training/consultation, for staff at remote sites who are dealing with challenging cases and caseloads
• Training expertise focused on the complex issues faced by community-based teams teams and their clients

Preferred:

• Familiarity with collaborative workspaces, such as Google Drive, Box, and/or SharePoint
