*Job Description:*
Gifted Healthcare is seeking skilled *ER Nurses (RNs)* for travel contracts in Wisconsin. This role requires relocation for the duration of the contract. As an *ER Nurse*, you will be responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing life-threatening conditions, performing triage interventions, and providing critical care in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Your expertise in emergency nursing will be essential in ensuring that patients receive timely, life-saving care.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide emergency care to patients with life-threatening conditions in the *ER* setting.
* Perform triage assessments to prioritize care based on severity and urgency of the patient's condition.
* Collaborate with physicians to assist in examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatments.
* Administer prescribed medications and record medication administration accurately.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
* Requires a minimum of 2 years of *ER* nursing experience, with recent experience in the emergency department specialty.
*Requirements:*
* At least 2 years of RN experience, specifically in *ER* nursing.
* Recent hands-on experience in emergency care, including triage, critical care interventions, and rapid patient assessment.
* Active RN license in good standing.
* Must be willing to relocate for the duration of the travel contract in Wisconsin.
