A client is seeking a Family Advocate to support youth and families with case management services in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Family Advocate will manage a caseload of 40-60 by conducting intakes of new youth/families, assisting with program enrollment, completing assessments, making referrals and connections to community resources, goal setting and follow up, and participating in program recruitment. Salary Range: $41,000-$46,000
