Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Manage patient records and update demographic information.
• Process referrals and authorizations with community providers.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to medical and scheduling teams.
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality, data security, and organizational policies.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and scheduling systems daily.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Basic computer proficiency; ability to type at least 50 WPM.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
