SUMMARY: The NDT technician performs non-destructive inspection of components to ensure compliance with Company's quality system, specifications, and customer requirements. Non-destructive testing disciplines include penetrant testing and radiography testing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n
• Analyze, Interpret, evaluate and document NDT inspection results in accordance with company procedures, work instructions, applicable standards, specifications and procedures
\n
• Record inspection, test data and statistics manually or with the aid of a computer or computer-based system
\n
• Certification in FPI or Radiography preferred
\n
• Use of comparators, micrometers, scales and calipers
\n
• Ensure completeness of work in process documentation
\n
• Read, interpret and set up applicable NDT equipment
\n
• Read and interpret all inspection data and customer requirements
\n
• Embrace/implement continuous improvement and lean principles in all activities
\n
• Ensure compliance with Quality Manual
\n

QUALIFICATIONS:

\n
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
\n
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions
  and decimals.
\n

\n
The specific LICENSES and/or CERTIFICATIONS required for this position are:

\n
• Certified NDT Technician (following training) preferred
\n
• Must pass applicable vision test if required
\n
