• New opportunity near Green Bay, WI offering a $20K sign-on bonus for full-time positions with a minimum 1-year commitment, starting by February 1, 2024.
• Seeking Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Eligible Physicians and FP/IM Physicians with ED experience for full-time, part-time, or contract roles at a Level 3 Trauma Center with a heli-pad.
• Compensation: $225/hr + benefits valued at $30/hr for employees, or $250/hr as an independent contractor.
• Benefits include PTO with cash-out, holiday pay, health/dental coverage (50% paid by employer), 401K with matching (up to 9%), CME reimbursement, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and local schedule control.
• Qualifications: MD/DO, Wisconsin license/DEA, board-certified or eligible, with ED experience in FP or IM.
• Work environment features approximately 24 daily patient arrivals, 24.5 hours physician coverage/day, EPIC EMR, in-house hospitalist, and nursing support.
