Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in specialty coatings, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Production Supervisor 

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $70K - 80K 

What’s the Job?

• Lead shift operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve production targets
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and lead incident investigations
• Drive root cause analysis and implement process improvements
• Monitor team performance and maintain scorecard metrics

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
