Responsibilities for a Quality Auditor include but are not limited to: - Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce compliance risk and improve agent performance
- Ensure adherence to applicable quality guidelines, processes, and compliance standards
- Monitor agent responses and proper use of tools (e.g., scripts and resources)
- Meet minimum production and accuracy goals as set by the team
- Work independently and maintain secure handling of sensitive customer information in a remote setting
Candidates for the Quality Auditor role must meet the following requirements to be considered: - High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Quality audit experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience auditing customer service calls, preferably in healthcare, is a plus

- Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time
