We offer full-service management, lease-only solutions, and shared housing optionsall designed to make renting easier and more efficient.Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Leasing & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our leasing and management teams. This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, administrative coordination, and field work to ensure homes are rented quickly and operations run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing SupportRespond to renter leads through platforms like Zillow, Doorloop, and internal systemsPre-qualify leads and coordinate showingsFollow up with prospects and assist with application and lease executionMarketing & ListingsPost and maintain listings across Zillow, Zumper, and other rental platformsSchedule and coordinate listing photos and mediaOccasionally assist with basic social media and marketing updatesClient & Owner SupportAssist in onboarding new property management clientsHelp prepare homes for listing (coordinate vendors, verify rent-readiness)Provide weekly updates to owners and maintain strong communicationAdministrative & OperationsEnter and track data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Doorloop)Prepare reports and assist with tracking key leasing and operational metricsSupport the coordination of vendor appointments, maintenance requests, and key logisticsQualificationsHigh school diploma required; college degree preferred12 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or admin supportExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and attention to detailComfortable with technology (CRMs, spreadsheets, email platforms)Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple tasks at onceBonus: Experience with property photos, social media, or vendor schedulingWhat We OfferA collaborative and fast-paced work environmentOpportunity to grow with a scaling real estate companyTraining and exposure across leasing, client services, and digital systemsA role that evolves with your skillset and interests
