Are you a systems-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, and challenging environment? Corporate One is seeking a Salesforce & Marketing Systems Administrator to support and optimize the tools that power our member engagement, campaign execution, and business development efforts. This role is part of a marketing team , not IT, and focuses on system functionality, user support, and process automation and improvement—no coding required.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer and support Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement, and DocuSign, as well as other systems, for Marketing and Business Development
• Resolve internal support tickets, conduct testing, and manage system configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders, management, IT, and vendors on integrations and projects
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation
• Maintain documentation, support governance protocols, and ensure data integrity
• Stay current on Salesforce and other marketing system updates and drive relevant changes
• Support end-user training and maintain business continuity procedures

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

You’ll balance support tickets, project work, research, testing, and collaboration with the marketing system support team. Expect a mix of independent work and team interaction—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaborating, and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-energy team
• Experience in a business environment and administering Salesforce

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow Builder and third-party integrations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, with a strong skill in Excel
