Journey Bible Church in Olathe, Kansas, is seeking a relational, dynamic, and Christ-centered Student Pastor/Director with a passion for investing in the next generation. We are looking for a leader who can create engaging environments where students (grades 612) encounter Jesus, form meaningful relationships, and grow as devoted disciples. This person will champion and equip adult leaders, partner closely with families, and cultivate a ministry culture that empowers students to own their faith and live on mission every day.
Olathe is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Kansas City metro, known for its solid schools, strong family culture, and thriving local economy.
