Job Title: Wafer Production Operator

Location: White, GA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 2-2-3 Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

We are a leading manufacturer in the semiconductor industry, producing high-quality wafers for a wide range of advanced technology applications. Our White, Georgia production facility is expanding, and we are hiring motivated individuals to join our operations team.

Position Overview:

As a Wafer Production Operator, you will be responsible for running specialized equipment used in the fabrication of semiconductor wafers. You will work in a cleanroom environment and play a vital role in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor wafer processing equipment (e.g., etch, deposition, clean, inspection).




• Perform quality checks and visual inspections using microscopes and metrology tools.




• Maintain accurate records and data entry related to production and equipment.




• Follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cleanroom practices.




• Communicate equipment issues, process deviations, or material concerns to supervisors.




• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.




• Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience is preferred but not required.




• Comfortable working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.




• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.




• Able to work while standing for extended periods and wearing cleanroom attire.
