Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in real estate school with intent to license soon)
• Passion for helping others and providing exceptional client service
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow your own brand
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to be coached and take action on proven models
• Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools
• Team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative culture
