Automated Inline Flame Treating Machines

Our automated inline flame treating machines are designed to flame treat a standard product range of 1-5 gallon round or square pails. In optional square mode the burner traces the shape of the pail by means of a cam.  Our flamers can be designed to flame treat both round and square.  Cam changeover is simple and requires minimal time. All parameters can be set via an HMI touch interface.

Optional Dual Inline Flame Treatment

Designed for 1, 2, and 3 gallon pails.  Cycles at 600 units per hour.

Optional Flame Monitoring

The flame is monitored by an infrared Thermocouple.  If the burner fails to ignite, then the pail will not be released until the machine is reset.
